Aanii Anishinabe Vendor:
It’s that time of year to begin marking your calendars for the upcoming Pow-Wow Season. We certainly hope that you will join us again this year during the Canadian Civic Holiday from August 2nd - August 4, 2008 on beautiful Manitoulin Island.
We appreciate your continual participation as a vendor and welcome you to our 48th Annual Cultural Festival in Wikwemikong. The theme for this year’s celebration is “Uniting as Keepers of Mother Earth”.
Enclosed are copies of the 2008 Vendor Guidelines and the 2008 Vendor Registration Form. To better accommodate the electrical needs of the food vendors, the Wikwemikong Heritage Organization will only be accepting 22 food vendors for this event.
We will require food and craft vendors to submit their applications, along with certified cheque or money order payment, in full, by July 1, 2008. Booth space is assigned once full payment is received.
On behalf of the Wikwemikong Heritage Organization, I look forward to welcoming you and wish you another successful year at our annual event. If you require further information or clarification, please feel free to contact our office at the number below. We hope to hear from you soon.
Chi Miigwetch,
Marie Eshkibok/Trudeau
